Fitness Training

Your child’s physical fitness is important and at Shriners Hospitals for Children® we promote, encourage and teach your child the benefits and appropriate methods for proper exercise. Our programs are specifically designed to help your child build and maintain strong muscles and joints, and increasing mobility.

Our programs offer:

  • Daily exercise to establish cardiovascular, strengthening and flexibility programs
  • Personalized instruction for your child to continue their fitness program once they leave Shriners Hospitals for Children®
  • Planned recreational activities that include exercise and physical activity
