Parking

Shriners Hospitals for Children® has its own attached parking garage. The entrance to the garage is on the back or WEST side of the hospital. The turn-in (between yellow curbs) to the garage is from Albert Sabin Way, turning left off of Burnet Avenue and left, again, into the drive. Once you are in the driveway, between University Hospital garage and our hospital garage, turn left for Shrine parking where you see the sign on the building. (DO NOT enter the driveway to the garage for University Hospital Employees located to the right of this driveway). Once you are in the garage, the first mechanical gate goes up automatically; at the second gate use the intercom (push only once) to notify Security/Switchboard the purpose of your visit. They will raise the gate. There is no charge for parking in this garage. All gates automatically open when you exit.

Directions

From Indianapolis and west
Take I-74 east to I-75 South. Follow I-75 directions.

From north or south on I-75
Exit Hopple Street. Turn left across viaduct. Hopple turns into Martin Luther King Drive. Continue on Martin Luther King to Burnet Avenue. Turn left on Burnet Avenue. Hospital is two blocks on the left.

From south on I-71
Exit Taft Road. Go West (continue straight) and turn right on Burnet Ave. Hospital is six blocks on the left.

From north I-71 or I-471
Exit from left side of 71 North to the Reading Road/Eden Park Drive exit. Go north on Reading to Martin Luther King Drive (MLK). Turn left at MLK, then right on Burnet Ave. Hospital is two blocks on left.
