Our Mission
Shriners Hospitals for Children® — Erie is a facility providing ambulatory pediatric medical services, including ambulatory surgery, outpatient rehabilitation (physical and occupational therapy) and outpatient medical care through our Outpatient Clinic. Erie patients who require inpatient surgeries will receive those surgeries from Shriners’ physicians, but the surgery is performed at one of our partner hospitals. The child’s pre-surgical and follow-up care will continue to be provided at the Erie facility.Our family-centered approach to care is designed to support the whole family during all phases of a child’s care. Located in Erie, PA, our facility treats children from all over the country and has unique relationships with some of the top hospitals and universities in the country.

- Provide the highest quality care to children with neuromusculoskeletal conditions, burn injuries and other special healthcare needs within a compassionate, family-centered and collaborative care environment.
