The Shriners Hospitals for Children® in Galveston offers patients’ families the unique opportunity to stay in on-site apartments provided by the hospital. In addition to four apartments located inside the hospital, new apartment housing was recently constructed behind our facility. We also work with apartment complexes and hotels around the island to provide off-site housing when needed.
Visiting Hours ICU: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. – 9 p.m., limit two visitors at a time.
Reconstructive surgery: Hours of operation only (6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) Hours are based on surgery schedules. Limit of four visitors at a time.
