Shriners Hospitals for Children — Twin Cities consistently ranks in the top decile among pediatric facilities for patient and family satisfaction. In 2016 Shriners Hospitals for Children — Twin Cities ranked in the 99th percentile among pediatric outpatient facilities nationwide for patients’ willingness to recommend services.

Deborah Smith-Wright, M.D., director of pediatrics at the Twin Cities Shriners Hospital, was recognized as a Top Doc in Mpls.St.Paul Magazine in both 2016 and 2017. Dr. Smith-Wright has been managing the medical needs of her patients at the hospital for over 24 years. Her primary focus is on the improvement of patient outcomes and reduction of re-admissions. She also leads the hospital’s Bwell 2gether nutrition initiative – helping families to navigate challenging food insecurity and obesity issues.
