How do I make an appointment?

Call our new patient intake line at 773-385-KIDS (5437). Calls are typically returned within two to three business days.

What conditions do you treat?

At our pediatric specialty hospital, we treat kids from birth to age 18 in the areas of orthopaedics, pediatric rehabilitation/spinal cord injury and plastic surgery, including cleft lip and palate. Some of the conditions we treat:

Children up to age 18 are eligible for care at Shriners Hospitals for Children if there’s reasonable possibility they can benefit from the specialized services available. Acceptance is based solely on a child’s medical needs.
