Each year, thousands of children receive life-changing orthopaedic care at Shriners Hospitals for Children — Salt Lake City. Any child age 18 or under is eligible for care as long as the child’s condition is within the scope of services provided. All children are treated regardless of the families' ability to pay.
Our board-certified orthopaedic surgeons are currently accepting new patients. Parents, teachers, coaches, Shriners, nurses, pediatricians and other health care professionals can refer a child for care.
For patients in need of immediate diagnosis or treatment, providers have the option of calling the referral line and asking to speak with a physician.
If your child has a fracture that requires urgent care, or if they have other emergent needs, seek care from an emergency room or urgent care facility. Once the emergency situation is stabilized, contact Shriners Hospitals for Children — Salt Lake City by calling 800-314-4283.
