Pediatric burn injuries can be devastating for a child and their family.

At Shriners Hospitals for Children — Cincinnati, we recognize this and are equipped to support the family during this stressful time. While not all burns are life threatening, they still require specialized care. Shriners Hospitals for Children — Cincinnati provides a higher level of care to meet the needs of patients and their families. This may include an inpatient stay or management in our outpatient department.

Shriners Hospitals for Children — Cincinnati treats all degrees, sizes and types of burns from the time of referral through the end of treatment.

The Cincinnati Shriners Hospital is recognized as a verified burn center by the American Burn Association and the American College of Surgeons. This distinction recognizes the immense clinical research done on behalf of our patients, as well as the depth of our support services. Shriners Hospitals for Children — Cincinnati is the only verified pediatric burn center in southern Ohio.
