Referring or transferring patients to Shriners Hospitals for Children — Honolulu is a simple process which involves a phone call or fax. Any child under the age of 18 is eligible for care as long as the child’s condition is within the scope of services provided. Please see the conditions we treat.
Shriners Hospitals for Children — Honolulu has four full-time pediatric orthopaedic surgeons. Our specialists help children with orthopaedic issues from the neck down. To refer a patient, please contact our outpatient clinic and you will be guided through the referral and admissions process.
The neurodevelopmental clinic at Shriners Hospitals for Children — Honolulu is dedicated to helping children and adolescents with disorders of the brain, spinal cord and musculoskeletal system. Our neurodevelopmental team hopes to help children achieve their potential and participate as fully as possible in society.
Please note that Shriners Hospitals for Children — Honolulu accepts all children with or without insurance and regardless of the families' ability to pay. No special sponsorship is needed.
