If you would like to schedule a tour for a date after May 1, 2020, please call the Marketing & Communications Department at 808-951-3770 for arrangements.

Please refer to the below guidelines when requesting a future appointment.

Mahalo for your understanding and cooperation.

Aloha! We welcome patients and their families, visiting Shriners, as well as donors and friends to learn more about our hospital and its rich history in Hawaii.

Guided tours are conducted by one of our knowledgeable volunteers every Monday at 11 a.m., excluding state and federal holidays.

If you are interested in a tour on a different date and time, please contact the Marketing & Communications Department at least two (2) weeks in advance to request a private tour.

Please understand there may be times – due to staffing issues, hospital events and infection control protocol – when we may not be able to accommodate your tour; however, we will make every effort to honor your date and time preference.
