Care during COVID-19

In response to the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the mandatory 14-day quarantine policy issued for all travelers to Hawai‘i, all tours have been temporarily canceled through Sept. 30, 2020, or until further notice.

If you would like to schedule a tour for a date after Oct. 1, 2020, please call 808-951-3604 for arrangements.

Please refer to the below guidelines when requesting a future appointment.

Mahalo for your understanding and cooperation.

Aloha! We welcome patients and their families, visiting Shriners, as well as donors and friends to learn more about our hospital and its rich history in Hawai‘i.

Guided tours are conducted by one of our knowledgeable volunteers every Monday at 11 a.m., excluding state and federal holidays.

If you are interested in a tour on a different date and time, please contact the hospital at least two (2) weeks in advance to request a private tour.

Please understand there may be times – due to staffing issues, hospital events and infection control protocol – when we may not be able to accommodate your tour; however, we will make every effort to honor your date and time preference.
