Jonathan Pellett, M.D.

Jonathan Pellett, M.D., is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He received an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University and earned a medical degree from the Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Pellett completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the Medical College of Georgia and a fellowship in pediatric orthopaedic surgery at the Shriners Hospitals for Children — Honolulu.

Areas of special interest for Dr. Pellett include scoliosis, limb deformities and gait abnormalities.

Dr. Pellett has been an orthopaedic surgeon at the Shriners Hospitals for Children — Honolulu since June 2006. He is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America, and Hawaii Orthopaedic Association. In addition, he serves as an assistant clinical professor with the University of Hawaii Department of Surgery and has been named Honolulu Magazine’s Best Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon multiple times. In 2014, he was named Physician of the Year by the Healthcare Association of Hawaii. In 2015, he was listed in Best Doctors in Pacific Business News.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Pellett enjoys spending time with his wife, Pon, and four active sons. He is an avid surfer – you’ll never catch him without his boards in his car!
