The neurodevelopmental clinic at Shriners Hospitals for Children — Honolulu is dedicated to helping children and adolescents with disorders of the brain, spinal cord and musculoskeletal system, achieve their potential and participate as fully as possible in society. We utilize an integrated, multidisciplinary and collaborative approach through research, patient care, education and community programs while providing the highest quality of care.

Healthy eating plays a key role in the overall well-being of children. It's even more vital for those with neurodevelopmental conditions. Since the 1920's, the Ketogenic Diet has been used as a natural way to treat seizure disorders. It may also be helpful in treating other neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism and ADHD.
