Lauren Travis, PA-C

Lauren Travis, PA-C

Lauren Travis is a certified pediatric physician assistant for Shriners Hospitals for Children Medical Center — Lexington. Ms. Travis earned her undergraduate degree in human nutrition from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Science Medicine degree from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee.

Ms. Travis received her orthopaedic training at Vanderbilt Bone and Joint in Franklin, Tennessee. She received her physician assistant certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. In addition, Ms. Travis received certification from the American Red Cross in advanced cardiovascular life support and pediatric advanced life support.

In her free time, Ms. Travis enjoys cheering on the Kentucky wildcats, walking her dog, and going to the movies. She is also a proud supporter and former committee member of University of Kentucky’s DanceBlue Marathon, benefiting Kentucky Children’s Hospital hematology/oncology clinic.
