Vincent Prusick, M.D.

Vincent Prusick, M.D.

Vincent Prusick, M.D., is a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon at Shriners Hospitals for Children Medical Center — Lexington. He is also an assistant professor of pediatric orthopaedic surgery and pediatrics at the University of Kentucky. He received an undergraduate degree from University of Michigan and earned a medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. Dr. Prusick completed his residency in orthopaedic and general surgery at the University of Kentucky, and a fellowship in pediatric orthopaedics and spine surgery at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.

Dr. Prusick also served as a resident at the Lexington Shriners Medical Center, and is excited to be back at the facility where he started his pediatric orthopaedic training and contribute to the organization that has invested so much in him. Dr. Prusick is looking forward to treating a wide variety of orthopaedic conditions and working with the amazing staff at the Lexington Shriners Medical Center.

Areas of special interest to Dr. Prusick include spinal deformity, hip dysplasia and trauma.

Dr. Prusick is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America.
