Naomi Duke, M.D., M.P.H.

Naomi Duke, M.D., MPH, FAAP, is a pediatrician at Shriners Hospitals for Children — Twin Cities, and an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital.

She is board certified in adolescent medicine, general pediatrics and internal medicine. She received an undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University in West Salem, North Carolina, and earned her medical degree from Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr. Duke completed a combined internship and residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She earned her Master of Public Health (MPH) degreein maternal and child health from the University of Minnesota, Division of Epidemiology in the School of Public Health. Dr. Duke completed a medical leadership fellowship in adolescent health and a research fellowship in interdisciplinary adolescent health protection at the University of Minnesota. She is working towards her Ph.D. in sociology at the University of Minnesota.

An area of special interest for Dr. Duke is adolescent medicine.

Dr. Duke is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, American College of Physicians, American Public Health Association, American Sociological Association, Minnesota Population Center, Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine, The Law and Society Association.
