Hospital tours

We welcome visitors, donors, Shriners and their families, to tour specific public areas of the hospital. The public relations department has a wonderful group of trained staff, Shrine and volunteer tour guides, as well as employees, who are more than happy to provide this service.

However, due to space restrictions and the need to protect patient privacy, we cannot offer tours to large groups (larger than 10 people) during the week. We ask that all tours be scheduled in advance and that large groups schedule their visits on Saturdays, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. These tours are by appointment only through email or calling 514-282-8536.

All members of the public touring the hospital are required to sign in. They will be given safety guidelines and patient privacy rules. Photographs are allowed in specific areas of the hospital.

Please understand there may be times, due to staffing issues, hospital events and infection control issues, when we may not be able to accommodate your tour. We will do our best to reschedule your tour for another time.

Tours may be arranged by contacting the public relations department at 514-282-8536.
