Shriners Hospitals for Children has partnered with the National Association of School Nurses (NASN) to improve the health and safety of all children.
Through educational materials, events and professional training, Shriners Hospitals and NASN are working together to ensure students have the injury prevention and safety information they need to be safe and healthy. See all the free resources available to share with your students.
Summer will be here before we know it! NASN and Shriners Hospitals for Children are working together to encourage children across the nation to be Superheroes of Summer Safety with simple tips to avoid accidents and injuries.
Playground fun and increased outdoor activities can lead to a higher risk of injuries. The good news is, many injuries may be prevented. Prepare your students for an injury-free summer with the Superheroes of Summer Safety activity book, tip cards and flyers.
Be sure to post your activity and demonstration pictures to social media and include #SafeSummer!
