Robert Cho, M.D.

Robert H. Cho, M.D., is the chief of staff and a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon at Shriners for Children Medical Center — Pasadena and is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He received an undergraduate degree with honors in chemistry from Cornell University and a medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, where he was a medical scholar and recipient of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery Award. Dr. Cho completed his residency and served as chief administrative resident in orthopaedic surgery at Drexel University College of Medicine. His fellowship in pediatric orthopaedic surgery and scoliosis was completed at the University of California San Diego College of Medicine and Rady Children’s Hospital.

Areas of special interest to Dr. Cho include scoliosis, spinal deformity surgery, limb deformity and pediatric orthopaedic trauma.

Dr. Cho is on the board of directors for the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America. He is also a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, AO Spine, Scoliosis Research Society and Korean American Spine Society.
