Health precautions

In the two weeks leading up to your admission date or scheduled surgical date, your child experiences a fever, cough, rash or redness of skin, night sweats, itching of body/scalp or lice, sore throat, vomiting or diarrhea, or exposure to chicken pox, measles or upper respiratory illness, please call our outpatient clinic at 215-430-4105, Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. A nurse will talk with you about these concerns.

Patient responsibility

A parent or legal guardian must accompany your child on the day of admission. If someone other than the biological parent holds legal guardianship, the legal guardian must bring guardianship papers with him or her to the hospital. If custody is granted to one parent by the courts, a copy of this court order will also be needed for our records. The papers must be in English.

When you arrive at the hospital, please check in at the reception desk in the lobby, then proceed to the registration area.
