Gary Raff, M.D.

Gary Wayne Raff, M.D., is a cardiothoracic surgeon at Shriners Hospitals for Children — Northern California. He also holds the positions of clinical assistant professor of surgery in the division of cardiothoracic surgery at the University of California, Davis Medical Center and cinical assistant professor of surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. He previously served as attending surgeon of pediatric cardiac surgery at Children’s Hospital of Illinois and attending surgeon of adult cardiothoracic and vascular surgery at St. Francis Medical Center, Methodist Medical Center and Proctor Hospital.

Board certified with the National Board of Medical Examiners and a diplomat of the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery, Dr. Raff's professional affiliations include the American College of Surgeons, Society of Thoracic Surgeons, American College of Cardiology and California Medical Association.
