New England Patriots / Punter

Super Bowl champion, and New England Patriots punter, Ryan Allen is a great friend and frequent visitor to Shriners Hospitals for Children. In May, Allen donated $10,000 to Shriners Hospitals for Children — Boston and has visited both the Portland, Oregon, and Boston, Massachusetts, locations.

The former Oregon State player says, "I look at the path I've taken and how blessed I've been with opportunities in my life. Then I see these young patients and the mental strength they have to overcome all they have to go through. I mean, there's a lot adults can learn from these kids."

Allen’s ongoing support includes participating in the 2017 NFL My Cause My Cleats initiative. My Cause My Cleats gives players across the NFL an opportunity to wear personalized, custom cleats during Week 13 games to raise awareness for the charities and foundations they passionately support.

Allen’s Love to the rescue® cleats will be worn when the New England Patriots face the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, December 3, 2017, at 1 p.m. EST on CBS.

Following the game, the autographed custom cleats will be auctioned online through NFL Auctions. Proceeds will benefit Shriners Hospitals for Children.
