Glen Baird, M.D.

Glen Baird, M.D.

Glen Baird, M.D., is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon in pediatric orthopaedics. He received his medical degree from Utah School of Medicine and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Wisconsin, followed by a fellowship in pediatric orthopaedics at the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Baird joined the Spokane Shriners Hospital medical staff in 1999. He is the chief of staff, as well as the medical director for the motion analysis center, where he participates in the hospital’s research efforts on topics ranging from pediatric gait abnormalities and clubfoot deformity, to general orthopaedics.

Dr. Baird is one of a select group of Ponseti method preferred providers in the United States, having had one-on-one training with Dr. Ignacio Ponseti who developed this nonoperative method of treating clubfoot.

He specializes in clubfoot treatment and other foot deformities, sports medicine and general orthopaedic surgery.
