Jeffrey C. Wint, M.D.

Jeffrey C. Wint, M.D., is a consulting orthopaedic surgeon at Shriners Hospitals for Children — Springfield, and is affiliated with The Hand Center of Western Massachusetts and Baystate Medical Center.

Dr. Wint received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and earned his medical degree from Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Wint completed a general surgery internship at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, was both a resident and chief resident in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and was a fellow in hand surgery and musculoskeletal microsurgery at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Areas of special interest to Dr. Wint include hand and upper extremity problems.

Dr. Wint is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons; a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, American Medical Association, Massachusetts Medical Society, Hampden District Medical Society, New England Hand Society, Massachusetts Orthopedic Association, and Orthopedic Research and Education Foundation.
