Kathleen M. Noone, RN, BSN, MBA

Kathleen M. Noone, RN, BSN, MBA, is the director of patient care services/nurse executive for Shriners Hospitals for Children — Springfield. She joined the Springfield team in Oct. 2019 from Saint Francis Hospital/Trinity Health of New England, where she held the position of regional executive director.

Kathleen brings over 25 years of progressive experience as a nurse executive in hospitals and health systems. Her portfolio of experience is diverse, and includes pediatrics and adult populations in various sub-specialties including critical care and oncology, and spans the continuum of care. Prior to working at Saint Francis, her experience included positions at Stony Brook University Medical Center, Winthrop University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center. She received her undergraduate nursing degree from the Molloy College, New York, and her Master of Business Administration from Elm’s College, Chicopee, Massachusetts. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in health systems, innovation and learning at Elm’s College, Chicopee, Massachusetts.
